Health Snapshot — I'm Only 27 Once
My health is doing okay. I've been sleeping consistently 7+ hours, and overall I feel fine. I've also been going to the gym around 2–3 times per week, which is solid — though ideally I'd be going every day so I can get fit and maybe have abs by the summer lol.
But to do that, I'd need to be really disciplined. Everything I've seen basically says the formula is pretty straightforward, even if it's not easy: stay in a steady calorie deficit, keep protein high, lift consistently, and add enough activity/cardio so I can gradually lower body fat over time. Also, visible abs are way more about lowering body fat than just doing ab workouts endlessly, and healthy weight loss is usually gradual rather than dramatic.
Which… is kind of a lot. But maybe I should still go for it. I'm only 27 once, right? Even if I don't become some shredded summer god by July, there's something kind of exciting about choosing a real physical goal and actually committing to it.
